These terms cover cleaning work by Adiel House Cleaning. They are written to be read.
A quote is based on what you describe and what your photos show. If a space's condition is meaningfully different on arrival — construction debris nobody mentioned, rooms left off the list — we talk before we start, never after. The price does not grow behind your back.
A first clean is a more detailed and thorough cleaning than the visits that follow — that is by design, and it is quoted that way. It takes longer because it reaches what routine cleaning skips; recurring visits afterward maintain the level it sets.
Many clients are not present while we clean — homes, offices and empty remodels alike. Keys and codes are handled with care, never labeled with your address, and returned the moment service ends. Tell us the entry plan once and it stays the plan.
We bring our own supplies and the equipment each job calls for, carpet and sofa washing included. If you prefer specific products — for new stone, pets, allergies, or an office's own protocol — leave them out and tell us once. Fragile items are handled carefully; anything we break, we tell you the same day.
We may photograph finished work for this website. Photos show the work — never your address, faces, valuables or anything that identifies your home or business. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
